In the middle of a pandemic who would start building a home, right? My husband and I searched for 6+ years for a home with no luck. Once we decided to build everything fell into place including being hooked up with this builder. Our experience from day 1 with Josh, the builder and his office manager, Stephanie was just the best. All of the suppliers we were referred to were top notch. Their trim carpenter, Barry was a joy to work with. Our house is beautiful and we absolutely love it. We would highly recommend this builder and his team to build your dream home.

Our building experience with Josh & Stephanie was great! This was a first for us and they made the process laid back and easy. We were kept up to date through out the process and everyone we came into contact for material choices was great as well. Any calls or questions were answered promptly and they are truly easy to work with over the course of the build. We now have what we plan to be our forever home but if we ever decide to build again it would be with Grace Construction.
